Its so simple really. I cannot believe I've never bothered to make one before.
Mix milk, yogurt, ice, and some frozen fruit together in a blender.
WHY then, is this the first time I have ever made a smoothie?
And now, I JUST CAN'T GET ENOUGH.
This one is a mango-banana I made in the spare 20 minutes between class yesterday.
Was it worth the rush?
OH YES.

I am one of your five readers. I personally like 1/2 a banana, frozen berries, yogurt, and soy milk. I have one maybe every day. Another treat smoothie I like it 1/2 banana, peanut or almond butter, ovaltine mix, plain or vanilla yogurt and soymilk.
